1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. It operates on its own with no ties to any government office. It does not store official records and it cannot pull or file documents for anyone.

What it does is point you toward public records resources in Lubbock County, Texas and connect you with third-party tools that may help with your research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site

This site links to public record portals operated by Lubbock County and Texas state agencies. The legal framework for those records sits in Texas law. Open records of most governmental bodies are governed by the Texas Public Information Act, Government Code Chapter 552. Public access to judicial records other than case files is governed by Texas Rule of Judicial Administration 12. This site does not act as a custodian for any of those records.
